We are a Licensed & Bonded Public Claims Adjusting Firm head-quartered and founded in Tampa, FL. We are licensed to represent clients in Florida, Georgia & Virginia. Our goal is to make sure our clients receive ALL the money they deserve from their insurance carrier.

We also are active in our community. Reliable Claims Adjusting is a proud supporter and sponsor of the PACE Center for Girls Hillsborough.

Our firm will communicate on the behalf of the insured, with the insurance company. We are advocates for the policyholders’ interests during the insurance claim process. We prepare an itemized estimate of damages for residential and commercial properties. We review the entire insurance policy for coverage to ensure a proper and fair award. Our firm will explain what a policyholder’s duties are after a loss. Our staff of trained personnel looks after our clients’ best interests like they were our own.

Paul Angelis

Public Adjuster Apprentice – Palm Harbor,FL – License# W752865. Originally from Long Island, NY. He began his career as a Secondary Education Teacher, as well as working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. He began a hospitality consulting & restaurant buildout company for over 10 years. Paul Angelis is trilingual in English, Greek and Spanish. He began his career in Public Adjusting in 2020 and has developed a passion for getting his clients expeditiously back to pre-loss conditions. His fervor and energy to get a claim settled is extraordinary. He uses a family first attitude in his work and once you attain his representation, you become family. He is involved in AHEPA, BNI and Sts. Raphael, Nicholas & Irene church.

Stephen Berardi

Public Adjuster – St Petersburg, FL – License #P121126 – Stephen has been serving as a Public Adjuster since 2009. He has a wealth of experience working with Community Association Management firms, Community Association Managers and Boards of Directors of common interest communities. Throughout his career, he has helped thousands of residential and commercial policyholders manage the often complicated claims process and has negotiated settlements for all types of losses, including hurricane, wind, water, fire, hail, mold, theft, vandalism, sinkhole. He is a proud graduate of Auburn University, in Auburn, AL.

Mark Peterson

Public Adjuster – Naples, FL – License #P217281 – Mark has been an Adjuster since January of 2018 and brings a tremendous amount of analytical thought to the organization. Mark cares about his clients and works diligently to never miss anything so they can recover enough funds to find their properties.

Lee Gandy

Managing Public Adjuster – Clearwater, FL – License #W503445 – Lee was born in Durham, NC and had the opportunity to live all over the eastern seaboard and the midwest. He is the father of four children and the grandfather of three. His passion has always been the pursuit of knowledge and finding ways to use that knowledge to help others. When not trying to solve the problems of the world he enjoys spending time with the love of his life, reading, playing guitar and traveling.

Alan Gordon

Vice President – Wesley Chappell, FL – Alan has been married to his wife, Sherry for 43 exciting years. Proud father to 3 successful children and 2 precious granddaughters. They moved to South Florida from New York in 1976, had a very rewarding career in Real Estate working for major developers throughout South Florida as a sales manager of luxury homes and condominium buildings. For the last 10 years he has called Tampa Bay home. Alan has been a proud member of Reliable Claims Adjusting since 2017. One of his major assets is his ability to communicate with policy holders in their time of need. Alan empathizes with others’ situations and tries to comfort them with knowledge and of course knowing that we will be there for them thru the entire claim’s process. From day one of our initial consultation, to receiving a just reward for damages incurred, Alan will be there. He is also a sport enthusiast, love’s golf, it just doesn’t love him! He has been a member of BNI since 2017, which he loves. He is blessed to be working with his son Andrew, President of Reliable Claims Adjusting, and takes pleasure that Andrew has grown his business into the success it is.

Andrew Gordon

Owner / Public Adjuster – St Petersburg, FL – License #P175927 – Andrew Has been a Public Adjuster since 2008. Prior to that Andrew graduated from the University of South Florida in 2002. He is an avid Alumni, making sure to go to support the school whenever possible. Andrew has two amazing daughters, Amelia and Piper and tries to spend as much time with them as possible. Andrew believes that we are on this earth to help each other and takes great pride in the amount of people our company collectively helps.
